Washington Park West

Although it skims the park, the greenery of Wash Park West carries into this neighborhood, which is a mix of old brick houses and McMansion-style redos. Technically, this is the city's first suburb, but the boutiques, restaurants and cafes along Pearl Street anchor the neighborhood. Peaceful and quiet Wash Park may be. Mayberry it is not.
