City Park

The park part of the City Park neighborhood (and City Park West) has the best view of the Denver skyline. The view is a nice backdrop for joggers, people wandering through the Museum of Nature and Science and parents giving their children incorrect information about Denver Zoo animals. If you're going to get sick or pass out during your run, this is a good place to do it as City Park has three major, nationally acclaimed hospitals.
