Tejon Ten sells out six months before completion

Kentwood City Brokers Jan Nelsen and Deviree Vallejo have sold all 10 of the units at Tejon Ten in Denver’s popular Highlands neighborhood a full six months before completion.

Developed by Don Gooden of Urban Vision LLC, the three-bedroom, four-bath units sold for between $489,000 and $599,000. They range in size from 1,800 square feet to 2,200 square feet.

“This market is crazy in a good way,” Nelsen says. “Developers are just dying to buy land and get product up. The ones we sold for $600,000 went under contract before we even pulled permits.”

Features of the development include Bosch SS appliances, European-style cabinets, two-car attached garages, central air, CeasarStone countertops, hardwood floors and fireplaces.

The rooftop decks, which have city and mountain views, are plumbed for gas and water and can accommodate hot tubs. A lower-level room is suitable for a bedroom, office or workout room.

Tejon Ten buyers will not have homeowners association dues.

Located in Denver’s bustling LoHi neigbhorhood, Tejon Ten is a short walk across the Highland Bridge from Commons Park, downtown and LoDo and close to restaurants and bars such as Linger, LoHi Steak Bar, Lola and Root Down.

A few years ago, Men’s Journal named LoHi one country’s best neighborhoods.
